Looks like an awesome book! I have been thinking about investing in a bread machine so I can control what goes into my bread since I eat so much of it! The store bought stuff has sufficed but you're getting me thinking again :-)
I keep telling myself I need to get into baking my own bread, but we don't really eat it enough to make it seem worth while. But, I like this whole 5 minutes a day concept!
I love home made bread. I bought a KitchenAide stand mixer swearing I would only ever make home made bread from now on. I can't say I've lived up to that completly but I do my best. I have two favs that are on my blog. 1. Honey-Oat bread (for sandwhiches) 2. Rosemary Filone bread
I do make my own bread, especially now that I have a bread maker. I find that it is so easy to let it knead the dough and then I can take it out and shape it anyway I'd like. I've used some recipes from "artistian bread in five minutes a day" but I am quite sure I'd love this healthy bread in five minutes a day even more (if it's possible.) writing it on my "want list" right...now. :)

I am trying to get better at making bread and using yeast. I just love any kind of bread. Love banana bread and cheesy beer bread!
